Repair services, whether in or out of warranty, do not include delivery, pickup or shipping. If you are in or are passing through our area, you are welcome and invited to visit with your Toshiba product. One hour free parking is less than a quarter block away in the Beverly Hills city lot marked on the map (see contact information).
Knowing how you want your product returned will help you estimate the cost for return. Cost estimates given here are estimates for budgeting purposes. Actual costs may vary. In developing these costs where shipping is involved, it is assumed you will have your product returned to a residential address, that a signature is required at time of delivery, that there will be some level of insurance on the shipment, and that packing materials you used to send your Toshiba product to Automagic are adequate and in adequate confition for return shipment.
